1 2 3 Orion . . .
The Hardest Working Rock
and Roll Band in Seeb

HomeBand Photos Road Crew Fanzine

All these photos were taken by 70's icon Victor Sheene. He is probably better known for his ground breaking photography while on 'The Magic Mushroom' tour with Rod Stewart. He finally reached the pinnacle of his career soon after taking these pictures by being honoured with a prime position in the Photographers Hall of Fame on Sunset Boulevard - however, a small indiscretion at a well known beauty spot near Tiwi has left Victor a virtual pauper, but this has in no way diminished his photographic genius. Well done Victor, your brother would have been proud of you - 1 2 3 Orion certainly are.

Rockin' the Residence - British Ambassadors Residence, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman

1 2 3 Orion were very privileged to be invited by Sibela, to perform at the inaugural

Annual Ambassadors CELTA Celebration Ball

They turned it into a legendry evening, fans from around the Sultanate turned up to witness a staggering display of musical talent. Everything went to plan. Mr & Mrs Ambassador were seen grooving until the early hours. Thanks to Victor for staying on his feet long enough to continue with long established tradition of getting the best photographs from a Rock & Roll performance. Just remember these words of wisdom from Erich - 'This is the future, and it sounds like the 80's', Rock & Roll baby...................

1 2 3 Orion have a long tradition of performing at The Beach House, in Seeb. They are the resident band and entertain visitors from around the globe. Much has been written about this famous watering hole, it has become a 'must see' on the backpack trail and for all the family and friends of the band members who visit the Sultanate. The Stones may have had Goats Head Soup on the menu, but 1 2 3 Orion spare no expense to bring you Goats Head Biryani.
